Thank you for your interest in a Holistic Veterinary Consultation for your furry friend at the Organic Circle community space Armadale Western Australia.
Please read the following terms and conditions before completing the booking and payment form. Please note that by proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Holistic Veterinary Consultations:
Appointments are approx 1 hour duration. We will discuss your pets health concerns and herbal treatment options. In most cases acupuncture and or massage will be used during the consultation.
Consultation Fee for this location visit is $160.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received greater than 48 hours before appointment date will be refunded 50% of the consultation fee. Appointment Cancellations less than 48hrs before the appointment date will not be refunded.
Terms and Conditions
Whilst every endeavour is made to provide a safe environment during the Holistic Veterinary Consultation, it is a condition for accepting the booking/ appointment that the client acknowledges that the client assumes all risks. The client waives any right to any cause of action or claims of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate and releases Dr Rebecca Olszowy and any independent contractors and facility providers used during the Holistic Veterinary consultation with Dr Olszowy from any liability resulting from damages, injuries, harm or loss of property sustained in any way.
The Client agrees to reimburse The Organic Circle for the full cost of repairing any damage caused to The Community Space, its facilities and any other property owned by The Organic Circle caused by the client and or their pet.
